    USNA Events: Winter Performing Arts

    It’s winter on the Yard. While nature is performing a hibernation, the midshipmen have returned energized from their winter break and are busy preparing for an impressive lineup of performance arts events.


    Be a Part of It


    We’ve pulled together a calendar of upcoming USNA events you won’t want to miss. And remember, every time you visit the Yard and see a concert or performance, take a USNA tour, dine in a Yard restaurant, or make purchases from our stores, you’re giving back to the midshipmen who give so much for our country. Come enjoy the Brigade’s incredible performances and give them the gift of your support.

     

    February USNA Events

     

    Friday, February 2nd

    USNA Black History Month Concert

    Experience the uplifting hymns and strains of the amazing USNA Gospel Choir, led by Mr. Michael Scott. This concert is a powerful celebration and elevation of Black History Month. 

    Location: Mahan Hall

    Time: 7:00pm

     

    Sunday, February 11

    Guest Choir at the Sanctuary at Kingdom Square

    The USNA Gospel Choir has the honor of performing at this local church. You’ll be inspired by their heavenly music and moved by this special community.

    Winter Musical

    We can’t release the name of this popular musical, but you can call the ticket office at (410) 293-8497 to find out!

    Sunday, March 3

    Annapolis St. Patrick's Day Parade

    Experience this perennial favorite, where the USNA Pipes and Drums’ strains and drums from the Highlands move in step with their dancers as they take their proud heritage to the streets. 

    Location: Annapolis, MD

    Sunday, March 3 

    Guest Choir at New Macedonia Baptist Church

    Now the USNA Gospel Choir travels to D.C. to share their awe-inspiring sound. If you’re nearby, join them in this beautiful setting and feel their passion for praise.

    Friday, March 22

    Spring Tour "Home" Concert

    While we can’t easily visit the earlier March spring concert tour in Japan, this performance brings the music of the USNA Men’s Glee Club and USNA Women’s Glee Club home. Enjoy a 90-minute show featuring the memorable sea shanties of the USNA Men’s Glee Club and USNA Women’s Glee Club, as well as Broadway songs, sacred music, and patriotic favorites.

    Spring Concert

    Hear the USNA Pipes and Drums unleash their signature Scottish sounds in Mahan Hall, where you can feel the green hills rolling out before you.
