    USNA's GEM Driving Tour Details

    Tour the Yard In Style

    Cruise through the Yard in one of our five-passenger electric vehicles and take in all the sites and history that the Naval Academy has to offer. All proceeds from your tour will directly support the Brigade of Midshipmen.

    Driving tours are available daily with advanced reservations. Expect to visit the Naval Academy's highlighted sites and "gems" on this highly sought-after tour.

    Duration and Availability

     

    GEM Driving Tours are offered daily, year-round, excluding federal holidays by our knowledgable tour guides.

     

    Bring your child’s safety seat for GEM Riding Tour. Per Maryland Law, any child, age 0-7, who is shorter than 4 feet, 9 inches, must be secured in a child safety seat.

     

    DURATION: 75 minutes

     

    AVAILABILITY (advanced reservations required):

    • Daily: 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.

    Reservations & Prices

     

    PRICE: $35 per person

     

    Advanced reservations are required to attend this 75-minute tour. Must receive confirmation PRIOR to tour. 

     

    Reservations can be requested for groups of 2 - 15 people. If your group does not meet this criterion, don't fret, as there are an array of tour options available to both the public and large groups.
